After looking up subscription you can than
manage each membership and select anyone
of your accounts to cancel.

To lookup your account, please complete ANY TWO of the following:

 

Email: (Email address used when you joined)
Credit Card Number:
Subscription Number: Only Last 10 Digits are Necessary (Will start with a 1 or 6)
If you cannot lookup your subscription using this option, please fill in the customer support form with as much information as possible, and submit it to CCBill.
